The MA-957 32-inch island gas grill arrives fully assembled and features 4 tubular stainless steel high-efficiency burners with a rear height-adjustable ceramic infrared burner that produces a whopping 63,000 BTU's of heat output. The grill also features a stainless steel warming rack, 8mm stainless steel cooking grids, and a generous cooking area of 28-inches x 18-inches (792 square inches of total cooking area).

The grill has a double-lined grill hood with a temperature gauge for maximum heat retention. It also has two cooking surface halogen lights, on/off red/blue changing control knob lights, a bottle opener, electronic ignition, and an easy-access full front pull-out grease tray for easy cleaning. Additionally, you will get a 120V 4 Watt heavy-duty electric motor rotisserie kit (holds up to 25 lbs) and a waterproof outdoor-rated weather cover to protect your grill from the elements.

Although the MA-957 comes with a propane hose and regulator, it can be easily set up for conversion into the more environmentally-friendly natural gas, providing another convenient, cost-effective, and reliable source of heat for outdoor cooking. The conversion kit is sold separately.

The Mont Alpi prep center comes with 2 stainless steel drawers. The top drawer is for dry storage, and the bottom drawer can be used as an insulated ice basket (comes with the ice basket cooler). The top surface of the cart is made of composite ceramic for unmatched durability. An ergonomic handle and four heavy-duty wheels (two locking) offer easy maneuverability and control. This is a standalone cart and is not a modular attachment to any Mont Alpi outdoor grill or kitchen.
